Kettler Picos electric exercise bike, has a problem with the (Kingsway CB4)

The bike is in very good outer shape; it is big and heavy, and served us well for a long time. However, there is now a problem with the electrics (it works off mains electricity): when we plug it in, the screen works for ca. 5 seconds, then one hears three 'beeps', and then we have a screen of flat lines (see photos: first one, screen fine; second and last, screen with lines). It might be possible to fix this by opening the bike, but we do not feel up to it. If anyone is willing to take it and have a shot, the bike is free to go.
Might fit a biggish car, if you take down the rear seat (note, it is heavy). A van would work better, but we do not have a van. Ideally, to be taken by Thursday 30th July.
