Portable AC Unit (Forest Hills)

I have a portable AC unit that is about 4 years old. There is both an AC and fan setting that work well. The only complication is the AC vent has started to tear (see pictures). It’s heavy so I will need help getting it down the stairs. Pickup evenings this week after 7pm.
