I am looking for gym equipment to set up a small gym in my garden. This has become necessary following my doctor's advice to help manage my cholesterol and blood sugar levels by reducing my waistline and overall body weight.

If anyone has any used gym equipment they no longer need, I would be very grateful. I am particularly looking for a weight bench, an exercise bike, and some free weights.
