Used vintage office chair, made at the end of 1993, by Phoenix Designs (was a subsidiary of Herman Miller since 1982). Light blue upholstery with black rubberized armrests and base.
Chair is very well made, very solid construction, pretty high-end when it was originally sold.
That said, it’s a dated design in that there is NO height adjustment (as far as I can tell). The seat is 17” to floor, comfortable for me, but your results may vary. There is an adjustable tilt/recline knob. The armrests are not adjustable, aside from complete removal if you want to undo the bolts.
The foam padding still seems good. The cover is intact, but shows a few stains. Could probably be cleaned with a carpet cleaner type vacuum, or replaced if you know how to reupholster. Overall dusty, wheels need cleaning, etc.
HEAVY!
