bicycle stand/rack (Aigburth L17)

I don't quite know how to describe these objects - they were intended to be put into a wall in my back yard, one securing the lower wheel, one the upper wheel of my bicycle, so as to minimise the space it took up but never got round to this I have 4. In the photographs there is a ruler, so you can see that the length is just over 12 inches, and the width at the widest point would be around 5 inches.
