The glasshouse is an older timber‐and‐glass structure with weathered panels and a simple frame. It hasn’t been maintained for some time, so several panes are dirty or scratched, and the interior has overgrown vegetation. Despite this, the frame is largely intact and suitable for someone who wants materials for reuse or a restoration project.
It must be fully dismantled and collected by the new owner.
