Mobile Phone (Bootle L20)

Hi all, bit of a long shot i know but does anyone happen to have a phone lying round that they dont use anymore with internet access? Its for my brother, hes recently had to sign on due to losing his job and needs it for his jobsearch. Thanks in advance
