Two tufted antique chairs (Annapolis)

Two tufted antique chairs, one with a noticeable stain on the seat. They’ve been in the basement and could use a cleaning, but structurally are in excellent condition and all casters/rollers are attached to the legs.
Approximately 3 1/2 feet high, 2 1/2 feet deep and 2 feet wide.
The first person who can pick these up, will get them, cannot hold.
