A soap box cart made with solid rubber pram wheels, comes with 3 spare wheels. The cart is old and has some rust, will need one new back wooden slat, and new rubbers for the brakes...(you can just use a slip of hose pipe). If its any use to anyone let me know..or it will probably go to the tip.
