Weeping willow (Chorley PR7 1)

I have a weeping willow that would be grateful for a new home in the ground if possible. It was 10” sapling when I got it. Sad to see it go but I thought I was moving and that it would be in the ground by now.
The weepy branches are about 7’ from the ground, main branches are 5’5” from the ground.
