home craft - bandsaw (not working) (Pepperell NH border)

This is an old delta homecraft bandsaw. It does not work. It appears to be whole. I bought used with the idea of refurbishing it, and never got around to it. This is large and heavy you will need an appropriate vehicle to move it.
