Good condition
We’ve used this many times to great effect. It’s easy to install, very secure, and has a great swing down mechanism. I couldn’t recommend it more. I enjoyed installing it and breaking it down every time we used it.

The only downsides I know of are:
- it’s a bit hard to fit back in the box which is coming apart and could use some tape
- it uses a couple nuts and bolts to hold it assembled that work very well but could be easily lost (and easily replaced)
- I believe one of the poles is slightly bent but still functional
