Fair and functioning condition, but flappy! The clips for the bottom level cord have snapped on most of the slats (close up shown in pictures), which makes them flappy if there's a breeze.This could be fixed by replacing the broken plastic inserts at the bottom. You can get a pack online for £2 or £3.

Otherwise the blinds are in good condition. The mechanism to open/close the blinds works well, as does cord to adjust the angle of the slats.

In the photos I've propped up the blinds between two doors to show their condition. You can also see what they looked like open above the window.
