Intoning Bowles for sound meditation and a useful tool for calming the mind, makes a pleasant sound, toning vibrations, by striking the side of the Bowl, one large medium size one small size, they both make different intoning sound, Vibrations, for Meditation, practice tool, one has gold writing on it in Chinese symbols, I think.
