Sprouting sweet potatoes for slips (Great Kingshill HP15)

I have two sprouting purple sweet potatoes if anyone would like one or two to take the slips to grow more sweet potatoes. You don’t plant the potato, you pull off the sprouting stem and plant that. If you plant the sweet potato you will get lots of leaves which you can eat like spinach.
