Need a boot for severe sprained ankle, pain radiating through calf & front near shin
Yesterday afternoon I cut through a grassy area between 2 businesses heading to my apartment; grass high because of all this rain & area was not flat, was a dip in ground. So I twisted my leg big time have sprained ankle but also pain all around calf. I'm a senior & this is same leg that had double meniscus surgery 6 years ago... oof.
Luckily I see my PCP Dr this week, to ask him to order xray, but meanwhile small black ankle brace I got from Walgreens is not doing the trick. I really need a boot with support from ankle up for walking when I have to, been resting today. If anyone has a boot that they aren't using
