Blinds / curtains - W: 425cm(13ft 11in), D: 118cm(3ft 10in) (Woodley RG5)

Hi,
Looking for venetian or vertical blinds to create a calming hospital look room for a lady with advanced dementia. Neutral colour preferred but anything, any condition, considered. Happy to deep clean, or try to repair. Even shorter venetians we could hang together (eg three 140 cm / 4 ft 7 in). Also looking for lightweight neutral or blue curtains for same window, and for a door. Have you got anything stored in the shed, garage etc that could help?
