Hercules bicycle with some non-original parts modifications. (Penzance TR18)

Drop-handlebar, adult size with crossbar.
Not been used since last year but has been stored under a tarpaulin.
The brakes need some attention ,as it does cosmetically but otherwise it is in generally good working order.
Good Brooks saddle. Panniers included.
It belonged to my brother so I can't tell you any more than this.
I would ideally like it freegled as soon as possible but no deadline!
