Pet heating pad (Twickenham TW2)

This has been extensively used but still seems to work. When plugged in it heats up to maximum - it has no thermostat control. The instructions are long gone but I remember that it shouldn't be run for more than 30 minutes before being turned off. I used it with a mechanical timer which just turned it on and off regularly so that my very old puss cat kept warm.
