Cute Pet Umbrella - Needs Repair (Washington Heights / Inwood)
This is one of my favorite umbrellas, and they no longer make this design. But the latch is no longer working to hold the umbrella open at the top. If you want to try to repair it, it's yours. Pickup in Washington Heights near the G.W. bridge.
