motorized wheelchair or tire (east harlem)

I need a replacement wheel for my Jazzy select motorized wheelchair.
 the rear wheel has a chunk missing.

it is a 6 inch solid Caster Wheel

the wheel chair has issues with the motor and battery recharge. A replacement motorized wheelchair would be great.

I am not able to use motorized mobility scooter as I can not hold my arms out as in bicycle riding. I need something that has the joy stick to drive it with
