This device is an Antiference RemoteLink A120D TV signal distribution amplifier.
I found this in my house, and don't need it. I understand it is a an indoor domestic TV amplifier used to boost and split a single aerial or satellite signal into two separate paths. As I have never needed to use it myself, I cannot vouch for whether it works.
