Trailer's tent content (Adel LS16)

I have the contents of a 6 .5 X 4 Saturn trailer that I want to dispose of.
I am stripping it so I can convert to a trailer for my use.
The content includes fairly good 2 beds, 2 6 X 4 boards and awning. There are no leaks I'm aware of.. There are a few metal rods for the awning structure.
