Multi-coloured garden umbrella, (see photos).
Lower section of umbrella detaches (see bracket photo, end has broken off but can still be attached to upper pole of umbrella).
Also, as you can see by photos the lower attached bar section has patches of rust on it - could be painted?)
Main umbrella is in good condition.
