90s vintage homemade decoration constructed from recycled Coca Cola cans. Has a piece of fishing line attached for hanging indoors or out and the propeller still moves. This is scrap metal art and not suitable for children due to potentially sharp edges and delicate parts. Color has faded due to age and uv. Recently dusted but a bit of polish might spruce it up even better.
