Cream colored, with maybe just a hint of grey. Could use some upholstering due to kitten damage (see picture #3), but certainly usable as is.
We keep it plugged in, but if memory serves there is a battery in it that allows you to keep it unplugged for fairly long periods of time, depending of course on frequency of usage.
