antique combo chair & step ladder (West Town)

This is a hand-made piece of furniture, very old and NEEDS MINOR REPAIR. I am giving it up b/c I am not going to get around to doing it. Classic style of chair, then turn upside down for a step stool. Size 34" tall, 18" x 15" footprint (approx seat size)
