1000 BTU LG window AC- broken fan (Allston)

1000 BTU LG window AC purchased three years ago- the compressor works but the fan is jammed somehow. At the beginning of this summer it was not working so I replaced it. I tried to fix it but one of the screws is stripped and I can't get into it. Someone who has more time and tools to fix it could definitely get it working again! Trying to avoid recycling it. Used three summers and stored indoors on the offseason.
