Lovely Play house (Southgate N14)

Needs some attention but still waterproof. Needs a replacement step and a couple of floor boards. I have assembly instructions.
 Must be dismantled by yourself and to go on saturday 15th August
82" depth x 58" wide x 96" high.
You will need a van, your own tools and 2 people to disassemble and lift.
