Frame only. Rescued and made a small repair - frame good as new! Clean, solid, but missing one wheel. If you're not wheeling around a lot it probably won't matter. Pictures show frame folded (which has space for the normally included a cot mattress) and flat. Head and foot sections also can come off to make it easier to store or transport.
