lady.s bike (dublin)

lady 64, looking for ladys bike please, no mountain bike, like a city center bike, cyclable condition if possible please. have difficulties walking and have to use walking sticks a lot, but love cycling , it would help me a lot, unfortunaltely if there is repairs i couldnt do it as i cant work anymore for multiple health issues so couldnt afford repairs. i am in Artane Dublin 5, thank you
