Singer sewing machine (Kendal LA9)

Singer sewing machine - got from a fellow freegler as it had started looping threads underneath the plate. I was going to give the bed etc a good clean but have not got round to it so going to pass it on. The local repair cafe may be able to help or look up the model on youtube (shown in photo 2) if new to sewing machines.
