Hoover H-Upright 300 [Parts/ Repair Only]

This vacuum cleaner was gifted to me not long ago. I tried it on different wall sockets, but it doesn't turn on. If anyone knows how to fix it or needs parts for repair, please help reduce e-waste. Many thanks.
