2 servings Jamaican cabbage/carrots with Allspice/bit of Scotch Bonnet hot sauce.

1/2 head of iceberg lettuce

5 frozen brown overripe bananas good for making smoothies or banana bread

2/3rds full 1/2 gallon container of whole milk frozen 5 days past it's sell by date

1/2 can of tomato puree opened 8/9 and then frozen

2 frozen jalapeno peppers
