Old home made games console (Tring HP23)

This is a (currently) non-working home made games console I picked up a while ago. It does have power (a light comes on), however I believe requires a small RF coil component to be fixed or replaced so a TV can pick up the signal. Please only take if you think you can fix it! Comes with paddles, 13amp plug and RF output. Good luck!
