Arm chair & ottoman in great shape (Nolita/Bowery)

This is an IKEA piece from many years ago that is in excellent condition and has lived in a smoke-free, clean apt with a dog (who does not lay in it). It is looking for a new home as I am putting a bookshelf in its place.
