Casio G-Shock watch (non-working) (Penrith CA11)

I offer this as I haven't used it for years, but when I tried a new battery, the display appeared all "blocky". If anybody is interested, who may be able to repair it, or is willing to pay any repair costs, please go ahead and request it. I have two brand new batteries which will fit it (CR2016), which you may as well take as well.
