For spares or repair HP ENVY 5532 all-in-one printer (Bredbury SK6)

This stopped working a couple of weeks ago with an “incompatible cartridge error” (the black one). I tried everything to get it to work but no joy, so I contacted HP and they sent out two new cartridges but I’m getting the same message. The cartridges are genuine HP so I don’t really know what the problem is. This error does not come up when just the colour cartridge is in place. The printer does still scan and copy (at least it did 2 weeks ago) so if anyone wants to take it there are four cartridges (2 black and 2 colour) to go with it.
