Big bamboo Single piece at least 60mm and 1500mm long (Presteigne LD8)

Do you have very big bamboo in your garden. I want a piece around 80mm preferably, about 1500mm long so I can handle wastage, mistakes, to make a Japanese deer scarer (where a pipe fills a see-saw pipe that then tips water into a basin Can be yellow, balck blue, Colour is not an issue.
