They have two hooks at the top and hook onto the wardrobe rail. We used them for tops and that for a bit, main downside is it can get messy quick especially for tops, and socks can roll out, but plus side is everything is visible.

*Ready to pick up pretty much any time Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday. Just a chance will be in a meeting if early morning, but can always leave outside if the weather holds.
