Left and right upside down hanging ankle cuffs with safety locks. Sturdy well made thick gauge steel padded with thick open cell poly foam and robust latches. They work as intended. In really good condition. I do not know their max weight rating. Use at your own risk. Pick-up in Morris Park Ave.
