The IPL hair remover is unbranded - it works, but is not as powerful as decent ones. On max power it's power output is similar to level 1 or 2 of a Philips Lumea. It needs to be plugged in (power adaptor included)
The epilator/shaver comes with lots of guards etc. It's USB charging (no adaptor included).
