Old Toy Story foldable toy box (Eccleshill BD10)

Well used foldable ottoman type storage box (contents not included)

Bought 5 or 6 years ago, not unusable as a toy box anymore, but someone may be able to use the fabric? It originally had a lid which fell apart last summer and I was able to use the fabric to make a Toy Story canvas for the little one's room - so someone may able to do the same with the fabric on the box itself?
