Water butt/water barrel (City Centre NR1)

Tall order under present drought/hosepipe.
ban circumstances, but does anyone have a watertight/working tap rainwater garden butt, they would like to rehomed, pretty please? It could be a temporary need, so re-freegling under non-drought/hosepipe ban conditions is entirely possible. But, carrying multiple buckets of water down two flights of stairs at 70+ years of age is just too risky! Much appreciated. Thanks and regards.

Downpipe connection not strictly necessary, as water will be tipped from an open upstairs window, for use at the ground floor level. 😊🤞🏽
