a miracle car (mine was stolen) (groveland)

Hello, my car was stolen and I did not have theft insurance it has since been recovered at a tow yard but now they want $1,000 to reclaim it. I am a single mom currently in between jobs. I was door dashing on the side but can't continue without a car. Any type of assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time have a great day!!
