Sofa shows some signs of wear but is in generally good condition . The bed is good condition as only used about 6 times. There is a small stain on the mattress from when I spilt a cup of coffee. It is 180cm wide & 90 cm deep. The height is - seat 42cm, arms 62 cm & back 82 cm including cushions.
Please note it will need two strong people & a van to collect it!!
