Some USB4 ports are also thunderbolt 3 compatible Google your laptop to see.
Was working last time I used it a few years ago. Missing Thunder Bolt 3 cable but these are cheap on Amazon these days.
Let's you use a desktop GPU with a thin and light laptop eg Dell XPS13 I used it with.
