Shop style baby changing unit (Crowthorne RG45)

These were given or purchased (I don't know either) for my school nursery years ago and never used and then passed from pillar to post with nobody wanting to throw away but not knowing what to do with them. They are brand new although the boxes are now battered. I couldn't vouch entirely that all the contents are in the box but it looks like it. They are the type that you would find in a service station baby change or an supermarket not an individual baby one at home.
