Puppy supplies (White plains)

I rescued a puppy from a puppy mill for fighting dogs.. I felt horrible about this beautiful puppy living that life. Anyway, I was told that the puppy was coming with all his things... And just as they are on their way to deliver the dog, I've been told.. they aren't bringing one thing - not even a leash & collar... Now I'm panicking cause I'm supposed to have a dog here in a few hours and I don't have the proper supplies ok so please if you're out there and you have things appropriate for a husky/heeler 3 month old pup who's being trained to function as a PTSD service animal... Large is the size that most applies to the items the dog requires... Like a crate, a crate cover, teething chews (e.g. nylabone puppy type treats & toys), low reward every day treats (e.g. zukes mini naturals), high reward single protein treats (e.g. freeze dried beef liver), 2 dog bowls, 6 foot leash (training leash all the better), collar, natures miracle, puppy food (for large breeds ideally - like science diet OR whatever you can donate), puppy kongs (got to be the kind that will soothe teething), a wire exercise pen (ideally height between 30-36in), a treat pouch, a snuffle mat, and a slicker brush - OR ANYTHING YOU HAVE THAT YOURE WILLING TO DONATE THAT YOU BELIEVE WOULD HELP THE SITUATION.. it's just that the dog is coming in a few hours & don't have time to secure all this & it was a very surprising expense that the puppy owner told me I wasn't responsible for until 15min ago so I haven't saved all the funds needed for all these things - I get paid enough on the 1st for all of it and then I'm golden but I have 14 days to get through and while I can blgrt some of these items now, having had to pay a lot to rescue this dog from the fighting pits to begin with has just really depleted my resources... Please someone out there - this dog is receiving training to become my service dog as I'm disabled.. please someone out there take mercy on the situation. The dog shouldn't have to be punished cause his original owners won't bring his familiar toys & supplies & I want the dog to be ok in this transition.. please, I just need help asap. Dog will be here in 3 hours...
