I upgraded to this breadmaker a couple f years ago as my previous one did not offer a Sourdough or Gluteb Free function. I no longer make my own bread so am offering this to any budding baker or bread enthusiast.

As you can see from the images, there are different compartments for the yeast and any extras (fruit or seeds) so that they automatically get added at the right time . It’s a very comprehensive machine. I may need to hunt for the manual but it will be available online I’m sure.
